Abstract

The invention discloses a simplifying method for a column plate model of a large-size air-separation rectification column oriented to adjustment under variable conditions. The simplifying method comprises the following steps of: calculating a temperature similarity and a temperature similarity deviation of all-level column plates at the moment of full-load open-loop homeostatic control; segmenting the column plates according to a column plate model segmenting standard; selecting a sensitive column plate in each segmented column plate model; calculating a liquid holdup factor and correcting a calculated value of the liquid holdup of the sensitive column plate; causing the change in liquid holdup on all-level column plates in each segmented column plate model to be equivalent to the change in liquid holdup on a first-level sensitive column plate, establishing a segmented simplified column plate model of the rectification column, and then calculating an outlet parameter of the rectification column; and transferring the outlet parameter of the rectification column to a peripheral controller, thereby performing adjustment under variable conditions. The simplifying method has the characteristics that the calculation precision for parameter values, such as concentration of each outlet component of the rectification column during the adjustment under variable conditions is ensured and the efficiency of the adjustment under variable conditions is increased.
