Abstract

The invention provides a parameter selecting method for restraining sound wave energy in a strong nonlinear medium. The parameter selecting method includes: (a) utilizing a Burgers equation to establish a model for controlling input of low-frequency sound wave energy; (b) extracting a low-frequency sound signal in a sound field, acquiring sound signal frequency, sound pressure amplitude and phase information via power spectrum analysis, and performing approaching simplification to the model according to an initial phase; (c) setting a distance between an input sound wave and a to-be-selected medium, supposing a nonlinear parameter of the to-be-selected medium as beta 1, and solving a frequency ratio of an input pump wave to an input signal via the model controlling the low-frequency sound wave energy; (d) inputting the obtained signal ratio into the model to obtain a corresponding beta 2 meeting optimum energy restraining conditions, calculating a frequency ratio based on the nonlinear parameter; (e) repeating the step (c) and the step (d) till the nonlinear parameter beta 2 is equal to beta 1. The parameter selecting method is capable of obtaining the parameter with the optimum energy restraining effect to acquired sound signals.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a parameter selection method for suppressing sound wave energy in a strongly nonlinear medium in the field of nonlinear acoustics. Background technique [0002] Underwater noise is underwater sound that limits the performance of underwater acoustic devices. The target radiation noise is the sound source of the passive sonar system, and the system receives this noise to realize target detection. According to the characteristics of radiation noise, people can take appropriate noise reduction measures to improve their concealment, which is especially important in underwater sound. Based on the above reasons, the study of acoustic energy suppression plays a very important role in both theory and engineering design. With the development of contemporary science and technology, a large number of nonlinear problems appear in production practice. In nonlinear acoustics, the superposition principle of sound propagation is no longer ap...
