The production method of the asphalt modified liquid comprises the following steps: (1) screening an asphalt modifying agent through an oscillating screen with sieve pores of 0.6cm, and clearing away caking; (2) adding the asphalt modifying agent and the heavy diesel oil into a stirrer in proportion for stirring for 3-4 hours until the asphalt modifying agent is completely and uniformly dispersed in the diesel oil and turned into a light brown paste; and (3) adding the naphthenic oil, the glycerol, the dibutyl ester and the anti-stripping agent in proportion, together stirring the added components for 30-40 minutes, and then storing for later use.
