Embodiment 1

[0016] Embodiment 1: The assay reagent and assay method of copper ion content in this water environment are as follows.

[0017] The configuration of the determination reagent: 3-bromo-5-tert-butyl salicylaldoxime is used as the color reagent, and benzene is used as the organic phase. Weigh 1g of 3-bromo-5-tert-butyl salicylaldoxime, dissolve it in 100ml of organic phase, transfer it to a 1L volumetric flask, add the organic phase to make the volume to 1L, and then obtain the assay reagent.

[0018] Determination method: take copper ion-containing water with a pH value of 2; take 4ml of the determination reagent and 6ml of copper-ion-containing water in a 25ml colorimetric tube and mix thoroughly, after the copper chromogen complexes with copper ions and enters the organic phase, the organic phase The color changes with the concentration of copper ions. After shaking at 25°C for 3 minutes, observing the color of the organic phase can quickly determine the concentration of copp...

After shaking at 25°C for 5 minutes, observing the color of the organic phase can quickly determine the concentration of copper io...

Embodiment 3

[0022] Embodiment 3: The assay reagent and assay method of copper ion content in this water environment are as follows.

[0023] The configuration of the determination reagent: 3-bromo-5-tert-butyl salicylaldoxime is used as the color reagent, and benzene is used as the organic phase. Weigh 10g of 3-bromo-5-tert-butyl salicylaldoxime, dissolve it in 100ml of organic phase, transfer it to a 1L volumetric flask, add the organic phase to make the volume to 1L, and then obtain the assay reagent.

[0024] Determination method: take copper ion-containing water with a pH value of 6; take 4ml of the determination reagent and 12ml of copper-ion-containing water in a 25ml colorimetric tube and mix them thoroughly. After the copper chromogen complexes with copper ions into the organic phase, the organic phase The color changes with the concentration of copper ions. After shaking at 25°C for 10 minutes, observe the color of the organic phase to quickly determine the concentration of coppe...

Abstract

The invention discloses a reagent and method for detecting copper ion content in a water environment. The reagent is solution in which a copper color-developing agent is dissolved in organic phases; the copper color-developing agent is salicylaldoxime and/or salicylaldoxime derivatives; and the organic phase is one or more of benzene, methylbenzene, dimethylbenzene, styrene, ethyl acetate, carbon tetrachloride, trichloromethane and dichloromethane. The reagent is formed by dissolving the copper color-developing agent in the organic phases; and when the organic phases are fully mixed with water solution, the copper color-developing agent and copper ions are subjected to complexing to enter the organic phases, and the color of the organic phases are changed along with the concentration of the copper ions, so that the concentration of the copper ions can be detected according to the colors of the organic phases. The reagent comprises less components, is low in cost and good in stability, and can be stored for a long time without deterioration; and moreover, as all the organic phases of the reagent and the water are immiscible, waste liquid after detection can be separated and recovered, and can be reused after being processed, so that secondary pollution is avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an analysis reagent and method, in particular to a reagent for measuring copper ion content in a water environment and a method for determining the same. Background technique [0002] Copper is a widely distributed trace element, and the average abundance of copper in the earth's crust is 55ppm. Copper is an essential trace element for life. It participates in the catalytic function of enzymes and is also a component of copper proteins such as human blood, liver and brain tissue. The daily requirement for adults is estimated to be 20 mg, but excessive copper is harmful to humans, animals and plants . When the copper content in water reaches 0.01mg / L, it has obvious inhibitory effect on the self-purification of the water body. If it exceeds 3mg / L, it will produce peculiar smell, and if it exceeds 15mg / L, it will be undrinkable. Excessively high concentration of copper ions will cause the death of bacteria and fungi in the wate...
