Abstract

The test device comprises a vibration table main body and a control and acquisition system. An oil storage tank which is arranged on the upper part of a support is connected with an oil conveying groove with liquid level sensors through a valve; a step motor is connected with a vibration plate through an eccentric wheel and a connection rod; pressure sensors are connected with pressure testing holes on the vibration plate; an observation window is parallel to the vibration plate; the lower part of the support is provided with an oil receiving tank which is arranged on an electronic balance; according to the control and acquisition system, a master computer performs configuration setup of running parameters, and a programmable logic controller controls the step motor to rotate according to the set parameters; and the pressure sensors, the liquid level sensors and the electronic scale acquire oil liquid pressure and liquid level and quality signals in the vibration process so as to realize the simulative test of process data such as slag runner pressure, liquid level fluctuation, friction and slag consumption in a meniscus area of the continuous casting mold.
