Problems solved by technology

[0004] 1) The climbing object is single: either it can only climb rough walls or bark (RiSE), or it can only climb smooth walls (air sucker gecko), but it cannot climb on objects with various surface structures;
[0005] 2) Poor load capacity: Most robots simply attach to the surface of the climbing object, but cannot provide enough grip, making it difficult for the robot to work with load;
[0006] 3) Complex structure, complex control, high cost and low practicability

Abstract

The invention discloses a bionic climbing robot which comprises a body, a tail at the rear end of the body and a casing which is covered on the body. A plurality of legs are symmetrically arranged on the body, and a foot is correspondingly arranged at tail end of each of the legs; each of the legs comprises a hinge joint, a zero position spring, an electromagnet, a foot sole casing, a claw, a flexible sheet and an inverted barb shaped blade; one end of the hinge joint is connected with one leg, and the other end of the hinge joint is connected with one end of the electromagnet which is placed in the foot sole casing; the zero position spring is arranged between the hinge joint and the foot sole casing and shares the same axis with the electromagnet; besides, the flexible sheet is arranged at the rear end of the bottom of the foot sole casing, and the inverted barb shaped steel blade is embedded on the flexible sheet; and the claw is installed at the front end of the foot sole casing through an optical axis. The bionic climbing robot is simple in structure, easy to control and low in cost, a system is easy to construct, and the gait is flexible and changeable.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of climbing robots, in particular to a bionic climbing robot. Background technique [0002] At present, robots are widely used in various industries. Whether it is military, manufacturing, aerospace, or education, entertainment, medical care, emergency rescue and disaster relief, family services and social services, robots play a pivotal role. In these industries, there are inevitably many high-altitude dangerous operations, such as building surface cleaning; ship surface painting and maintenance; iron tower and truss bridge inspection and so on. It is expected that these tasks at heights will be performed and performed by robots instead of humans. This requires the robot to have the functions of climbing and working on steel, trusses, walls, trees and other objects. [0003] At present, many wall-climbing robots have been developed at home and abroad, such as the air sucker gecko of Zhejiang University; ...
