Embodiment 1

[0016] (1) Preparation of modified silica nanoparticles: Dissolve 5g of nano-silica particles in 50mL of toluene, add 2.5g of hexadecyltrimethoxysilane as a modifier, heat and stir under reflux reaction, and obtain modified Active silica.

[0017] (2) Preparation of coating sol: Mix 0.4g of modified silica nanoparticles, 0.4g of epoxy resin, 0.2g of epoxy resin curing agent T31 (manufactured by Tianjin Sanhe Chemical Co., Ltd.) with 8mL of toluene and acetone Solvent (toluene: acetone = 2: 1, volume ratio), ultrasonically mixed to prepare a coating sol.

[0018] (3) Coating film on the surface of the substrate material: Apply the coating sol prepared in (2) evenly on the surface of the substrate by brushing or dipping, and dry at room temperature for 24 hours to form a layer of organic-inorganic composite superhydrophobic coating on the surface of the substrate. layer. The water contact angle was tested and the results are shown in Table 1.

Embodiment 2

[0020] (1) Preparation of modified silica nanoparticles. Dissolve 5g of nano-silica particles in 50mL of toluene, add 2.5g of hexadecyltrimethoxysilane as a modifier, heat, stir and reflux to react to prepare modified silica.

Mix 0.4g modified silica nanoparticles, 0.2g epoxy resin, 0.1g epoxy resin curing agent T31 (produced by Tianjin Sanhe Chemical Co., Ltd.) and 8mL mixed solvent of toluene and acetone (toluene: acetone = 2:1 , volume ratio), ultrasonically mixed to obtain a coating sol.

[0022] (3) Coating film on the surface of the base material. Apply the coating sol prepared in (2) evenly on the surface of the substrate by brushing or dipping, and dry at room temperature for 24 hours to form a layer of organic-inorganic composite superhydrophobic coating on the surface of the substrate. The water contact angle was tested and the results are shown in Table 1.

Embodiment 3

[0024] (1) Preparation of modified silica nanoparticles. Dissolve 5g of nano-silica particles in 50mL of toluene, add 2.5g of hexadecyltrimethoxysilane as a modifier, heat, stir and reflux to react to prepare modified silica.

[0025] (2) Preparation of coating sol. Mix 0.4g modified silica nanoparticles, 0.1g epoxy resin, 0.05g epoxy resin curing agent T31 (manufactured by Tianjin Sanhe Chemical Co., Ltd.) and 8mL mixed solvent of toluene and acetone (toluene: acetone = 2:1 , volume ratio), ultrasonically mixed to obtain a coating sol.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing organic and inorganic composite super-hydrophobic coatings. The method comprises the following steps of: preparing modified silicon dioxide nano particles, preparing coating sol and coating the surface of a substrate material. The method is simple in process, readily available in raw materials and low in cost and is suitable for large-scale production and application; and the prepared coatings have high super-hydrophobic property, self-cleaning performance and freezing resistance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a super-hydrophobic surface coating and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of organic-inorganic composite materials. Background technique [0002] Surface properties are one of the most important physical and chemical properties of solid materials, and wettability is a major aspect of material surface properties. In recent years, superhydrophobic surfaces have attracted extensive attention. Superhydrophobic surface refers to the contact angle with water greater than 150 o , while the roll angle is less than 10 o s surface. Due to the small contact area between the super-hydrophobic surface and water droplets, water droplets can easily slip off the surface. It has broad application prospects in many fields such as anti-frost, anti-frost, anti-icing, anti-adhesion and anti-fouling. Studies have shown that superhydrophobic surfaces have low surface energy and high surface roughness, and superhydrop...
