Problems solved by technology

[0011] Chinese patent CN95121416 proposes a method for recovering dissolved olefins by means of gas stripping, but this method does not involve further separation of the liquid phase stream after gas stripping
Another disadvantage of this method is the high stripping temperature, which also affects the performance of the catalyst

Embodiment Construction

[0028]This embodiment is to further illustrate the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to this embodiment. The propylene hydroformylation liquid phase effluent of gas stripping treatment contains 70% butyraldehyde in mass percent, 12% triphenylphosphine, 17% butyraldehyde trimer and about 200ppm (in metal) Rhodium catalysts with less than 1% unreacted starting material. The liquid-phase effluent has a temperature of 55° C. and a pressure of 2.15 MPa. After being decompressed to 0.33 MPa, it is sent to the first-stage falling film evaporator for evaporation and separation. The outlet temperature of the evaporator is 124°C, the pressure is 0.30Mpa, the residence time of the liquid in the evaporator is 18 seconds, and the vapor phase obtained by evaporation is condensed into a liquid product after passing through a wire mesh demister; After 81°C, it is sent to the second-stage falling film evaporator for re-evaporation. The outlet temperature of the secon...

Abstract

The invention relates to a separation method of an olefin hydroformylation reaction liquid-phase discharged material. The invention belongs to the field of hydroformylation reaction aldehyde preparation. The method comprises the steps that: (1) decompression is carried out upon a C2-C4 olefin hydroformylation liquid-phase discharged material; (2) the decompressed C2-C4 olefin hydroformylation liquid-phase discharged material is subjected to multi-level heating evaporation separation, wherein the pressure after decompression is corresponding to the evaporation temperature, and the evaporation temperature is no higher than 140 DEG C; (3) gas-phase materials obtained in each level of evaporation separation are condensed, such that a liquid-phase aldehyde product is obtained; and (4) a catalyst-containing liquid-phase material obtained through the multi-level evaporation separation is recycled to the reactor. With the technical scheme provided by the invention, the separation of the hydroformylation reaction product and a catalyst solution can be carried out under a relatively low temperature. With leveled evaporation, the retention time of the materials in a hot area in the separation process can be effectively controlled, such that the heat-sensitive rhodium catalyst can be protected.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for separating the liquid-phase effluent of olefin hydroformylation reaction. Background technique [0002] Various industrial technologies have been developed around the hydroformylation of olefins, most of which belong to the so-called "homogeneously catalyzed" technologies. A common problem faced by these technologies is how to separate the reaction product from the catalyst solution. [0003] In the low-carbon olefin hydroformylation technology using rhodium-phosphine complexes as catalysts, the so-called "gas phase circulation" process was proposed in the early days, and its main feature is to let a large amount of gas pass through the reactor to vaporize the reaction product and then The product is removed by condensation and the gas is pressurized and recycled back to the reactor. In this process, the separation of the rhodium catalyst from the reaction products is done in situ in the reactor. From this point...
