The heating furnace comprises a pre-heating section and a heating section, wherein the pre-heating section is provided with a seamless stainless steel tube and an exhaust pipe; an air door is arranged on the exhaust pipe; the exhaust pipe is connected to a waste heat recycling device; the heating section is provided with a combustion chamber, a lower flue, a hole brick and an upper flue; the upper flow extends to the pre-heating section; the pre-heating section and the heating section are provided with sensors which are connected with a computer control system for setting the temperature of the furnace section, and insulating layers are arranged outside the heating furnace for heat treatment of the steel wire. The heating furnace for heat treatment of the steel wire provided by the invention is simple in structure, easy to manufacture and maintain and adjustable in furnace temperature, can adaptive to heat treatment conditions of different steel wires; and the energy source is fully utilized, and the environmental pollution is reduced.
