A technical scheme is as follows: after being pressurized to a certain pressure by a compressor, the air is heated in a heat exchanger to form a high temperature and high pressure gas, and then the high temperature and high pressure gas is expanded in a turbine to do work. Turbine output work is used for driving an air compressor of an internal combustion engine air intake system to supercharge inlet air and can be also used for driving a high speed motor to generate power.
