Problems solved by technology

[0011] Using the above process to process photovoltaic modules requires two layers of EVA materials, a layer of backplane and a piece of glass, and also needs to use multiple tin-plated solder strips, which requires a large amount of materials and high production costs; at the same time, the above process There are many steps and the process is relatively complicated, and the thickness of the battery sheet is thin, the complexity of the process will lead to an increase in the fragmentation rate; in addition, the above process includes a lamination step, and the battery sheet needs to be pressurized during lamination. Debris will be further increased during the pressing process; in addition, the production cycle of photovoltaic modules using the above-mentioned processing technology is long, and its efficiency is low
[0012] Photovoltaic modules processed by the above process, because there is a layer of molten EVA between the cells and the glass, which reduces the light transmittance of the photovoltaic module to a certain extent, thereby reducing its output power; in addition, in photovoltaic modules EVA is used to bond the battery, backplane and glass into one, so that the three cannot be peeled off from each other. When the photovoltaic module reaches a certain service life, it will be scrapped, because the scrapped components are glass, battery, backplane and EVA mixed substances, and this mixed substance cannot be separated from each other, then the scrapped photovoltaic modules are a kind of garbage that cannot be recycled, which will cause great pollution to the environment

Abstract

The invention provides a photovoltaic module and a packaging process thereof. The photovoltaic module and the packaging process thereof have high production efficiency and low cost and breakage rate; and the light transmittance of the photovoltaic module can be improved. The photovoltaic module comprises solar slices; a plurality of solar slices are connected in series to form cell strings; the cell strings are connected in parallel and are arranged at intervals to form a cell panel; the photovoltaic module comprises a first glass plate, the cell panel, a rubber plate and a second glass plate which are sequentially laminated; the rubber plate is in sealed connection with the first glass plate; a cavity body surrounded by the rubber plate and the first glass plate is a vacuum cavity body in which the cell panel is arranged; and a space between the rubber plate and the second glass plate is sealed and is full filled with nitrogen. The packaging process disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps of: firstly, completing laying of each part of the photovoltaic module; then forming two sealed chambers by adopting an adhering mode; and finally, implementing the connection of the cell panel and the first glass plate by utilizing a vacuumizing mode and simultaneously full filling the nitrogen between the rubber plate and the second glass plate, so that the rubber plate is prevented from being oxidized.
