The laser scanning confocal ophthalmoscope device is a non-contact type retinal imaging system and mainly comprises a light source collimation system, a beam shrinking and expanding system, a wave-front detection and correction system, a photomultiplier tube, a two-dimensional scanning galvanometer, a synchronous circuit and a data collecting computer. In an optical system, a wave-front sensor detects eye aberration, two wave-front correctors correct the eye aberration obtained through detection while collecting real-time images of retinas.
