Abstract

The invention discloses an environment-friendly water-based high-adhesion PET (polyethylene terephthalate) precoat coating composition as well as a preparation method and application. The coating composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-75 parts of water-based resins, 0-15 parts of cosolvents and 0-20 parts of deionized water, wherein the coating composition comprises at least one of cosolvents and deionized water; and preferably, when the water-based resins are water-based acrylic acids, water-based polyurethane or the mixtures of the water-based acrylic acids and the water-based polyurethane, the coating composition also comprises 5-10 parts of curing agents by weight. The coating composition has the following advantages that the coating composition is environment-friendly, has low smell, low VOC (volatile organic compounds), low production cost, simple and easily obtained raw materials and good adhesion with PET films and UV (ultraviolet) coatings and are used for such excellent UV photocureable coatings as PET hardening liquid or cat eye products.
