Embodiment Construction

[0021] The technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings of the present invention. Apparently, the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of them. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

[0022] The inventive point of the embodiment of the present invention lies in the layered grinding method, that is, copper skin or other metal-like materials are used to protect both sides of the layer to be polished before grinding, and then the crawler-type electric belt grinder and the drum-type polisher are used according to different grinding methods. Grinding of the overlay is required. Among them, the protective layer plays the role of controlling the grinding size and ensuring the ...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for polishing a build-up welding layer on a damaged surface of a large shaft of a power station. The method comprises the following steps: metal protective layers are arranged on two sides of the build-up welding layer, wherein the thickness of each of the metal protective layers on the two sides is smaller than that of the build-up welding layer; the build-up welding layer is polished by a crawler type abrasive belt polisher until the thicknesses of the metal protective layers are not higher than 0.03 millimeter; and a drum-type polisher is adopted for polishing. In the embodiment of the invention, layering polishing is adopted, and the two sides of the build-up welding layer to be polished are protected by copper sheets or other metalloid material before polishing; and then a crawler type electric abrasive belt polisher and the drum-type polisher are used for polishing the build-up welding layer according to different requirements. The embodiment of the invention solves the problem that the repairing polishing precision of the build-up welding layer of the large shaft of the power station is mainly satisfied by manual polishing of polishing technicians. The embodiment of the invention has the advantage that the large shaft can be repaired on the spot, so that the maintenance time of power station enterprises can be reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of welding technology, and relates to a method for grinding a damaged surfacing layer on the surface of a large shaft of a power station. Background technique [0002] When the surface of the existing large-scale shaft in a power station is damaged, the repair process used is mainly mechanical bonding and surface spot welding. Repair and welding process of large-scale journal wear in power plants In the journal repair process of steam turbine rotors commonly used in power plant rotating equipment, commonly used methods such as: turning method, thermal spraying method, brush plating method, patch micro-arc welding method, Laser cladding method, EDM deposition welding method, etc. [0003] The above process plays a certain role in the repair of shafts, but all of them need to be polished after repair to meet the surface accuracy requirements of the large shaft. The existing grinding method is basically manual filing a...
