Abstract

The invention relates to a degradable biaxially oriented polypropylene cigarette packaging film. The packaging film is in a triple-layer structure and comprises an upper layer, a middle layer and a lower layer, wherein the total thickness of the packaging film is 18-22 mum. The upper layer is prepared by the following compositions by weight content: 96-98.5% of binary co-polypropylene, 0.3-0.8% of anti-blocking agent, 1-3% of slip agent and 0.1-0.3% of degradation agent; the middle layer is prepared by the following compositions by weight content: 72-84% of polypropylene resin, 15-25% of hydrogenated resin, 0.5-2% of antistatic agent and 0.1-0.3% of degradation agent; and the lower layer is prepared by the following compositions by weight content: 98.9-99.5% of binary co-polypropylene, 0.3-0.8% of anti-blocking agent and 0.1-0.3% of degradation agent. The degradable biaxially oriented polypropylene cigarette packaging film has good biodegradability and only needs 20 days to be completely cracked under the condition of solarization temperature of 60 DEG C.
