The invention discloses a food packaging material and a manufacturing process thereof. The food packaging material comprises a base material layer and an anti-osmosis layer. The anti-osmosis layer is starch-based biodegradable plastic film which is prepared from the following ingredients in percentages by mass: 45 to 55% of thermoplastic starch which is plasticized and modified through an alcohol plasticizer or an amine plasticizer, 13 to 20% of polyethylene, 8 to 12% of polyvinyl alcohol, 3 to 8% of modified polylactic acid, 5 to 11% of plasticizers, 1 to 2% of lubricants, 1 to 2% of hydrophobic agents, 1 to 2% of cellulose and 1 to 2% of cross-linking agents. According to the invention, the anti-osmosis layer adopts the low-cost starch as the main base material, so as to has good degradation performance in accordance with the national standard, and the food packaging material has the advantages of being resistant to water and oil, resistant to leakage, high in tensile strength, high in flexibility, capable of being applied within the temperature range of minus 50 DEG C to 120 DEG C and the like; and the product provided by the invention contains no poisonous additive and is scientific in matching, simple in process, low in energy consumption, applicable to automatic mechanical production, and particularly innoxious and harmless.

Method for preparing degradable polymer sacculus

The invention relates to a method for preparing a degradable polymer sacculus. The method comprises the following concrete steps of: dissolving a biodegradable polymer into an organic solvent for being prepared to be 1-30 percent by mass; adopting an electrostatic spinning method and controlling the spray rate to 0.1-2.0mL/h and the voltage to 3,000-30,000V, wherein the distance between a spray opening of an ejector and a receiving device is 1-20mm, and the rotating speed of the receiving device is 1-100rpm; and collecting a sprayed filament to obtain a degradable polymer sacculus. The sacculus is a biodegradable macromolecule sacculus with favorable mechanical performance, large degradable and mechanical strength and favorable flexibility. The prepared sacculus can bear 6-12 atmospheric pressures and ensure that the compressed centrum height is increased and even completely restored. The degradation mass of the degradable polymer sacculus in two weeks in serum is 10-20 percent (w/w). The method solves the problems of bone cement collapse, leakage and the like, not only overcomes the defects of PVP (Polyvinyl Pyrrolidone) and PKP (Penetrating Keratoplasty) but also expands the application range of operation. The method disclosed by the invention has simple preparation process.

Based on the technical purpose, the invention provides a multifunctional targeting nanometer drug delivery system taking chondroitin sulfate as a skeleton, water-soluble chondroitin sulfate as a basic skeleton, and rhein and lipoic acid as hydrophobic modifications, and the formed nanometer micelle is relatively small in size and has a good drug loading effect and encapsulation efficiency. Disulfide bonds on the surface of the nanometer micelle can be specifically broken after reaching a tumor site, so that positioned release is achieved; and under thestimulation of ultrasonic waves, the nanometer micelle can promote the ability of the rhein to generate active oxygen, so that the utilization rate of the antitumor drugs is effectively increased. Thetumor targeting nanometer micelle provided by the invention is used as an anti-tumor drug carrier and has a good application prospect.

The preparation method comprises the following steps of mixing raw materials, specifically, putting toughened polylacticacid fibers, polyester fibers and pineapple leaf fibers into a mixing container according to a mass ratio of (5-7):(2-3):1, injecting deionized water into the mixing container, stirring until the toughened polylactic acid fibers, the polyester fibers and the pineapple leaf fibers are uniformly mixed, fishing out the mixed raw materials, and draining off water; opening, specifically, utilizing an opener to open and scatter the mixed raw materials to prepare mixed fibers; pre-carding, specifically, pre-carding the mixed fibers by using a carding machine; lapping, specifically, conveying the pre-carded mixed fibers into a lapping machine to prepare a composite fiber net; main carding, specifically, conveying the composite fiber net into a main carding machine for secondary carding to obtain an upper-layer thin net and a lower-layer thin net; and hot-pressing and rolling, specifically, conveying the upper-layer thin net and the lower-layer thin net to a heat-sealing forming machine, and rolling and storing the degradable non-woven fabric obtained after heat-sealing operation.
