Abstract

The invention discloses a high temperature heat pump system for distillation. Through the adoption of the system, high temperature steam for heating materials at the bottom of a distillation tower can be generated; meanwhile, cold quantity generated by the system can be used for condensing output products at the top of the distillation tower. According to the invention, the heat pump system is connected with a distillation system through two heat exchangers; the gas distilled at the upper part of the distillation tower is cooled through an evaporator of the heat pump, and latent heat in the gas is absorbed and supplied to the heating side of the tower bottom through heat pump cycle. The high temperature heat pump system for the distillation, disclosed by the invention, has the advantages that the temperature of a refrigerant for heating the materials at the bottom of the tower is increased to 150 DEG C through the adoption of a vortex tube and the application places of the heat pump in the distillation system are greatly expanded.
