The method comprises the following steps of: (a) firstly, weighing a certain amount of 2-methyl-2-acrylamido propanesulfonic acid solid powder, and putting the 2-methyl-2-acrylamido propanesulfonic acid solid powder into a reaction vessel; (b) then, dissolving the 2-methyl-2-acrylamido propanesulfonic acid solid powder to form a supersaturated solution; and (c) finally, performing suction filtration after stirring and fully dissolving, and drying the separated 2-methyl-2-acrylamido propanesulfonic acid crystals for later use.
