Abstract

Disclosed are a programmable logic controller (PLC) wireless transmitter and a transmission method of the PLC wireless transmitter. The PLC wireless transmitter comprises a wireless communication module, a message processing module and a level switch module. The wireless communication module is used for receiving messages from the upper personal computer (PC) calling terminal, sending the massages to a message processing module, and building a transmission control protocol (TCP) connection with the corresponding the PC calling terminal, wherein the messages are provided with two types which comprise short messages of internet protocol (IP) address and user data; the message processing module is used for analytic judgment on the received messages, and is used for sending the IP address to the wireless communication module or sending the user data to the level switch module; and the level switch module is used for converting the user data in a transistor-transistor logic (TTL) serial port level mode to a standard recommended standard (RS)-232 level, wherein the user data are collected from the message processing module.
