Embodiment 1

[0016] Add 100g of industrial chromium chloride to 500ml of high-purity water with a specific resistance of 17MΩ·cm, stir to dissolve at room temperature, and filter the solution with a modified polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane with an average pore size of 0.1μm. The filtrate was evaporated under normal pressure at 100-105°C to remove water, cooled to room temperature, and the precipitated crystals were placed in a vacuum oven and dried at 80°C for 10 hours to obtain 92 g of chromium chloride with improved quality. The obtained chromium chloride product is analyzed and tested, and its purity is ≥99.5%. The specific testing data is shown in Table 1 below.

Embodiment 2

[0020] Add 100g of industrial chromium chloride to 1000ml of high-purity water with a specific resistance of 17MΩ·cm, stir to dissolve at room temperature, and filter the solution with a modified polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane with an average pore size of 0.2μm. The filtrate was evaporated under normal pressure at 100-105°C to remove moisture, cooled to room temperature, and the precipitated crystals were placed in a vacuum oven and dried at 90°C for 8 hours to obtain 90 g of chromium chloride with improved quality. The obtained chromium chloride product is analyzed and tested, and its purity is ≥99.5%. The specific test data are shown in Table 2 below.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for improving the quality of industrial chromic chloride. The method comprises the following steps: adding industrial chromic chloride as a raw material into high purity water for dissolving; carrying out membrane filtration on a dissolving solution by a modified kynoar polyvinylidene fluoride membrane to obtain a filtrate in which metal ion impurities are removed; removing water and cooling under normal pressure; drying a separated crystal to obtain chromic chloride with improved quality. Through detection, the purity of chromic chloride reaches 99.5% or more and meets the quality standard of HG3-935-81. The method is good in effect of removing the metal ion impurities, and an obtained chromic chloride product has stable quality and is suitable for industrial production.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for improving the quality of industrial chromium chloride, in particular to a method for improving the quality of chromium chloride by using a modified polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane for membrane filtration. Background technique [0002] Chromium chloride, also known as chromium chloride hexahydrate, is a commonly used raw material for the preparation of inorganic or organic chromium compounds, especially organic acid chromium, such as medical treatment, food additives, feed additives, and oilfield chromium compounds are mostly used in the production of chromium chloride For raw materials. Chromium chloride is used as a catalyst for preparation, and it can be directly used as organic synthesis catalyst, mordant, polymer adhesive and for trivalent chromium plating. It is widely used. [0003] In the prior art, there are many methods for preparing chromium chloride, such as 1) using sulfur or alkali sulfide to reduce ...
