Abstract

The material comprises the following components by weight: 100 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 25-75 parts of a nontoxic plasticizer mixture, 0.5-2.5 parts of a heat stabilizer, and 0.1-0.2 part of a lubricant. The nontoxic plasticizer mixture includes at least one compound with a structure shown by formula (I) and at least one compound with a structure shown by formula (II). The plasticizer mixture is prepared by modification of epoxidized vegetable oil. The components are blended according to the proportion, and are subjected to extrusion granulation in twin-roll machine, thus obtaining the resin material finished product.
