Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: before spinning, adding color-different dyes, such as carbon black, and a dispersing agent polyethylene wax in a few of nylon 66 slices to prepare masterbatch; uniformly mixing the masterbatch with the raw material nylon 66 slices; and then carrying out spinning processes such as melting, spinning, drawing and winding, so as to prepare a finished product. In addition, the direct product of the preparation method is a colored product which normally needs to perform secondary processing for dyeing, and the secondary processing is high in pollution. The product prepared by the method is creative in China, does not need dyeing and reduces secondary operation.
