The outer shelve is fixedly connected with the outer end face of a cylinder cover to form a hydraulic cylinder, a secondary cylinder is arranged on a cylinder cover of the internal-combustion engine, the secondary cylinder is communicated with a cylinder of the internal-combustion engine, and the secondary cylinder piston is arranged inside the secondary cylinder.
