Abstract

The equipment comprises a workbench. A to-be-machined steel plate is placed on the workbench. Seal components are disposed between the edges of the to-be-machined steel plate and the workbench. Circular forming dies are disposed between the edges of the to-be-machined steel plate and the workbench. A plurality of pressing cylinders or air cylinders are evenly disposed on each circular forming die. The pressing cylinders or air cylinders are connected to an adjusting mechanism which can drive the pressing cylinders or air cylinders to translate. A high-pressure pipe is connected to the workbench. A high-pressure pump and an enclosed area between the workbench and the to-be-machined steel plate are communicated through the high-pressure pipe. A sensor which is connected with a control system is disposed at a head. The control system is used for controlling operation of the high-pressure pump. The automation level of the head forming equipment is increased, and production efficiency and safety are increased evidently.
