Nickel is plated on the surface of the particle size micron aluminum powder in a nickel sulfate system in a chemical plating method, the formed nickel coated aluminum powder can serve as a dispersing agent for next composite plating, and a foundation is laid for later composite nickel plating on a base part. Good experiment environments are provided for high-temperature coating experiments, not only is a novel method for preparing a high temperature protection coating exploited, but also the method can be popularized to preparation of other covering type high temperature protection coatings by adopting a composite plating method and a thermal reaction diffusion technology and is of great significance for reducing production cost, improving economic benefit and expanding applications of new materials.
