An industrial control computer is arranged on a force application component servo motor (701), and an eight-axis PMAC card is installed inside the industrial control computer. The control system is used for accomplishing machining path input, setting of tool parameters and cutting parameters, total cutting force calculation, total cutting force time curve drawing, total torque calculation and total torque time curve drawing; cutting component force in the X-axis direction, cutting component force in the Y-axis direction and cutting component force in the Z-axis direction are calculated, a time curve of the cutting component force is drawn, the cutting component force in the X-axis direction, the cutting component force in the Y-axis direction, the cutting component force in the Z-axis direction and the total toque are combined to be decomposed to all servo shafts, the component force time curve of each servo shaft is calculated, and the time curve is divided by the spring coefficient K on a force application mechanism to obtain the time displacement curve of each servo shaft. During operation of a control program, the displacement value of each servo shaft is output to a control PMAC axis control card through a lock widget, the PMAC card calls a corresponding motion control program, the servo motor is controlled to move to the corresponding displacement point, and needed force is applied.
