The invention discloses a mass spectrometry device used for high-throughput online photochemical reaction researches. The mass spectrometry device comprises an induction nano-liter electrospray ion source system, a light source system and a mass spectrometry system, wherein the mass spectrometer injection port end of the mass spectrometry system is in ground connection; the induction nano-liter electrospray ion source system comprises a capillary array and a direct current pulse power supply system; the capillary front end of the capillary array is a top end; the capillary top end aligns to the mass spectrometer injection port of the mass spectrometry system; the direct current pulse power supply system comprises a high-voltage direct-current pulse power supply and a plate electrode; the plate electrode is arranged at the bottom of the capillary array; the high-voltage direct-current pulse power supply is used for generating a pulse high-voltage electric field for inducing a solution inside capillaries to polarize between the plate electrode and the mass spectrometer injection port; and the power supply system is used for providing controllable illumination for the capillary array.According to the mass spectrometry device, real-time online mass spectrometry researches of photochemical reactions can be carried out, and photochemical reactions inside different capillary reactiontubes are researched, so that the detection speed and capacity are greatly promoted.
