Embodiment 1

[0062] Add 3ml of ammonia water with a mass percentage concentration of 25~28 to 100ml of ethanol, stir at 60°C for 30min at a stirring speed of 200rpm; then add 5ml of tetraethyl orthosilicate dropwise for 10min. Stirring was continued for 90 min at 60°C. Add 4ml of cetyltrimethoxysiloxane and 1ml of dodecyltrimethoxysiloxane, and continue stirring at 60°C for 30min to obtain a fluorine-free superhydrophobic treatment solution.

[0063] Soak the cleaned cotton fabric in the above-mentioned fluorine-free super-hydrophobic treatment solution for 30 minutes. Then dry at 60°C for 1min, and then at 120°C for 30min to obtain a super-hydrophobic cotton fabric. After testing, the contact angle with water droplets is 153°.

Embodiment 2

[0065] Add 3.5ml of ammonia water to 100ml of ethanol, stir at 65°C for 30min at a stirring speed of 200 rpm; then add 5.5ml of tetraethyl orthosilicate dropwise for 10min, and continue stirring at 65°C 90min. Add 5ml of cetyltrimethoxysiloxane, 1ml of octyltrimethoxysiloxane, 1ml of 3-glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, and continue stirring at 65°C for 30min to obtain a fluorine-free superhydrophobic treatment fluid.

[0066] Soak the cleaned cotton fabric in the above-mentioned water-repellent modified silica sol for 30 minutes. Then dry at 60° C. for 1 min, and then at 120° C. for 30 min to obtain a superhydrophobic cotton fabric. After testing, the contact angle with water droplets is 154°.

Embodiment 3

[0068] Add 3ml of ammonia water into 100ml of ethanol, stir at 60°C for 30min, and the stirring speed is 200 rpm. Then 6ml of tetraethyl orthosilicate was added dropwise for 10 minutes, and stirring was continued at 60°C for 90 minutes. Add 5ml of hexadecyltrimethoxysiloxane, 1ml of dodecyltrimethoxysiloxane, 1ml of 3-glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, and continue stirring at 60°C for 30min to obtain fluorine-free super Hydrophobic treatment fluid.

[0069] Soak the cleaned cotton fabric in the above-mentioned water-repellent modified silica sol for 30 minutes, one dipping and one rolling, and the liquid carrying rate is 60wt%. Then dry at 60° C. for 1 min, and then at 120° C. for 30 min to obtain a superhydrophobic cotton fabric. After testing, the contact angle with water droplets is 155°.

Abstract

The invention provides a treatment method and treatment liquid for preparing a fluoride-free super-hydrophobic cotton fabric. The treatment liquid comprises the following components: 1-8ml of ammonia water of which the mass percent concentration is 25-28%, 80-140ml of ethanol, 5-6ml of tetraethyl orthosilicate, 2-4ml of hexadecyl trimethoxy siloxane, 0.5-3ml of alkane siloxane and 0-4ml of 3-glycidol ether oxy-propyl trimethoxysilane. According to the treatment method, a large amount of modified silicon dioxide nano-particles with water repellency are modified on the surface of the fabric by dipping the fabric in the treatment liquid of modified silicon dioxide sol, so that the contact angle between the prepared fabric and a water drop is more than 150 degrees, the fabric has super-hydrophobic performance, and the physical and mechanical properties of the fabric are not affected. The treatment method and treatment liquid for preparing the fluoride-free super-hydrophobic cotton fabric are environment-friendly in process, simple, convenient, effective and in accordance with ecological textiles, and can meet requirements for industrial mass production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of water-repellent finishing of cotton fabrics, in particular to a treatment method and treatment solution for preparing fluorine-free superhydrophobic cotton fabrics. Background technique [0002] Water-repellent finishing of textiles has a long history, and commonly used water-repellent agents are mainly silicone and fluorine-containing compounds. Although fluorine-containing water-repellent agents have good water-repellent properties, they are expensive, have certain ecological problems, and cause harm to human health. Therefore, looking for substitutes for fluorine-containing finishing agents and novel finishing techniques has become a research hotspot in water-repellent finishing. [0003] A superhydrophobic surface refers to a surface with a contact angle with water greater than 150°. In general, superhydrophobic surfaces can be prepared by two methods: one is to construct rough structures on the sur...
