Embodiment 1

[0048] Experimental materials: This experiment uses the same batch of imported Heibulin with basically the same maturity and size as the experimental material, weighing about 70-110g, purchased on May 6, and randomly selected 3 as a group after arriving at the laboratory ( 8 groups) and number them.

[0049] Electronic nose experiment: beaker, polyethylene plastic wrap, electronic nose.

[0050] This embodiment adopts as figure 1 The electronic nose shown is mainly composed of three functional devices: gas sensor array, signal preprocessing and pattern recognition. The composition of the sensor array is shown in Table 1. The sensors S1-S8 are sequentially sulfide sensors, hydrogen sensors, ammonia sensors, ethanol sensors, alkanes sensors, methyl-propane-butane sensors, propane-butane sensors, and nitrogen oxide sensors.

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of food storage, and discloses a detection method for storage time of black plums. An electronic nose with a plurality of sensor arrays is used; each sensor array comprises a sulfide sensor, a hydrogen sensor, an ammonia sensor, an ethanol sensor, an alkane sensor, a methane, propane and butane sensor, a propane and butane sensor and an oxynitride sensor. The method comprises the following steps: sample preparation, sample detection, result analysis and the like. The method provided by the invention has the advantages that the method is strong in pertinence, short in detection time and high in accuracy, and can quickly detect black plums.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of food storage, in particular to a method for detecting the storage time of Hebron. Background technique [0002] Fruit is one of the essential foods in people's daily life and has high nutritional value. Fresh fruits are rich in nutrients, high in water content, and crisp and tender, so they are easy to cause mechanical damage and even rot in a series of processes after harvesting, thus losing their commodity value and causing huge economic losses to the fruit grower or distributor. Because the losses caused by post-harvest diseases of fruits are very serious, this problem can be said to be a worldwide prominent problem. According to investigations, 10-30% of fresh fruits in developed countries are lost to post-harvest rot. For the vast number of developing countries, due to the lack of mature cold chain transportation technology and transportation equipment, the rot loss rate is as high as 40-50%. The rot of the ...
