Particularly, the method is implemented on the twin-screw extruder, raw materials of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive are divided into three types, each raw material is input into the twin-screw extruder respectively through a first feeding part, a second feeding part, and a third feeding part arranged on the twin-screw extruder, in an operation process of the twin-screw extruder, the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive raw materials are subjected to hot melting and homogenization, thus extruding the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive. The invention mainly has the following features that: (1) the method adopts continuous production with high production efficiency, which is about 2.5-3 times of that of traditional reaction kettles; (2) the production time is short, the time from adding of the raw materials into the twin-screw extruder to production of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive product is less than 5min, and even including cooling packaging, the time does not exceed 0.5h; and (3) the produced finished adhesive product has stable performance, because of a short production process, the molecular chain segment of a high molecular adhesive is not easy to fracture and age, so that the product performance can be good.
