The method comprises the following steps of: sequentially performing a solid solution treatment and a quenching or annealing treatment on a sheet material; performing low-temperature pre-cooling and rolling deformation on the sheet material; and recrystallizing and aging the sheet material, wherein in the low-temperature pre-cooling process, the low-temperature or ultralow-temperature cooling treatment is performed on the sheet material in a cooling medium with the temperature of 196 to -50 DEG C so that the temperature of the sheet material is equivalent to that of the cooling medium; and in the rolling process, the pre-cooling treatment can be firstly performed on a milling roller, wherein the reduction in pass can reach 5% to 30% and the total deformation can reach more than 90%.
