Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a road sign polyester coating. The preparation method comprises steps of (1) preparation of a modified luminous pigment: mixing 20-30 parts by weight of water, 10-20 parts by weight of ethanol and 5-10 parts by weight of hydrochloric acid; under a stirring condition, adding 10-15 parts of tetraethoxysilane, stirring to obtain a uniform and transparent solution, and sealing and aging for 2-4 days at room temperature; mixing 100 parts of the luminous pigment with the transparent solution for 1 hour at a high speed, filtering, airing and then treating for 3-4 hours at 100 DEG C; and implementing heat treatment for 1 hour at 400 DEG C; and (2) weighing component raw materials in parts by weight: uniformly mixing various component materials with the prepared modified luminous pigment at 1800-2500rpm in a mixer, grinding for 5-10min until fineness is 80-150 meshes, and filtering and packaging.
