A signal output end of the piezoelectric vibration sensor is connected with the high-pass filter through the front-arranged amplifier. The high-pass filter is connected with the rectifier filter through the main signal amplifier. The rectifier filter is connected with the output circuit through the comparison circuit. The output circuit is connected with the computer which is connected with the alarming device. The piezoelectric vibration sensor is attracted on a breaker outer shell provided with a spring through the magnet. A coupling agent coating layer is arranged between the breaker outer shell and the magnet.
