The heat exchange controller can change the temperature of the salt water in the in vitro salt water circulating system, thus temperature controlled salt water is obtained in the endovascular catheter system; and therefore, the heat is exchanged with blood of a patient through the balloon surface of the catheter system, thus the purpose of core body temperature regulation for central nervous system high-risk patients or low body temperature patients is achieved.
