The invention provides a winding process of an external winding of a low-frequency mute high-efficiency DC motor. The winding process comprises the steps of a first step, manufacturing an iron core, performing integral punching for molding a thin-type iron plate, and then performing a next step; a second step, dividing a plastic bracket into an upper bracket and a lower bracket, moving the upper bracket to a position above the iron core, moving the lower bracket to a position below the iron core, aligning the upper bracket and the lower bracket with an insertion opening position of the iron core, combining the upper bracket with the lower bracket for forming the plastic bracket, and then performing a next step; a third step, inserting a pin wire into a pin jack at one side of the plastic bracket, and then performing a next step; etc. The low-frequency mute high-efficiency DC motor has advantages of low energy consumption, high output, variable frequency and variable rotating speed, low operation noise which is lower than 5 db, low friction, long service life, no pollution, high airtightness, small size, excellent heat radiation effect, low body temperature which does not exceed a room temperature after operation for ten hours, low vibration, and totally no vibration feel by a person through touching a housing in operation.
