Abstract

The invention relates to a method for simultaneously measuring the residue of multiple pesticides in cotton by a liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry / mass spectrometry method. The method comprises the steps of (1) carrying out sample treatment; (2) measuring by adopting the liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry / mass spectrometry method; (3) carrying out a blank test; and (4) carrying out result calculation and expression, namely calculating the contents of all the pesticides in a sample according to a formula: X=CV / m, wherein X represents the contents of all the pesticides in the sample in milligrams per kilogram, C represents the concentrations of all the pesticides in sample liquid obtained by a standard work curve in micrograms per milliliter, V represents the final volume of the sample liquid in milliliters, and m represents the sample amount of the final sample liquid in grams.
