In the preparation technology of fluorine-containing PTT random copolyester melt, tetrafluoroterephthalic acid, terephthalic acid and 1, 3-propanediol are taken as raw materials, and an inhibitor is added for preparation of fluorine-containing PTT random copolyester melt; and melt is subjected to screw melt extrusion, cooling, oiling, stretching and reeling for preparation of fluorine-containing PTT random copolyester FDY fiber. The prepared fluorine-containing PTT random copolyester FDY fiber has breaking tenacity of 3-5 cN / dex and elongation at break of 18-45%.
