Abstract

The invention relates to a synthetic method of a samarium-terephthalic acid binary nano complex. The synthetic method comprises the following steps of: (1) weighing a certain amount of samarium chloride and a certain amount of terephthalic acid, respectively, and dissolving samarium chloride and terephthalic acid in ethanol water solutions in the volume ratio of 1: 2, respectively, to form a samarium chloride solution having a certain concentration and a terephthalyl alcohol solution having a certain concentration; (2) metering samarium chloride and terephthalic acid in a certain mol ratio, putting the samarium chloride solution into a three-neck flash, and dropwise adding the terephthalic acid solution into the reaction liquid drop by drop when the temperature of the reaction is in the range from 50 to 80 DEG C under electromagnetic stirring; (3) after finishing dropwise adding, regulating the pH to the range from 5-6 by using a sodium hydroxide solution, and continuing stirring for 1 h to 3 h; (4) standing the reaction liquid, and then carrying out suction filtration, washing and vacuum drying until constant weight to obtain white powdery solid-state complex. The synthetic method of the samarium-terephthalic acid binary nano complex has the beneficial effects of low cost and simple preparation process; the samarium organic complex nanomaterial is capable of improving the ray shielding performance of textile materials; therefore, new functions of textile fabrics are increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of nanomaterials, and in particular relates to a synthesis method of a samarium-terephthalic acid binary nanometer complex. Background technique [0002] Rare earth nanomaterials are an important part of nanomaterials and are widely used in luminescent materials, fuel cells, magnetic materials, catalysis and other fields. In recent years, people have extensively studied the synthesis of rare earth inorganic nanomaterials, such as nano-samarium oxide, nano-rod neodymium hydroxide, nano-neodymium oxide, nano-rod lanthanum hydroxide, 2 Fe 17 N 3 / α–Fe, samarium phosphate nanorods, etc. However, due to the unique characteristics and application value of rare earth organic complexes in optical, electrical, magnetic and biological sciences, the research on their synthesis and performance has attracted people's attention. As we all know, the performance of rare-earth organic complexes can be improved and their ...
