The invention provides a method for preparing oligoxylose containing ferulic acid, which comprises the following steps of: (1) pretreatment: removing starch or protein impurities from raw materials to obtain initial raw materials; (2) enzymolysis: adding a proper amount of water into the initiative raw materials, then adjusting the pH to be between 4.8 and 5.0, adding 0.8 to 1.2 percent xylanase solution into the solution in a ratio of dry basis initial raw materials to enzyme of 1g: 25-35mug, performing enzymolysis for 10 to 12 hours at the temperature of between 45 and 55 DEG C, and filtering the enzymolysis solution; (3) concentration: evaporating and concentrating the enzymolysis solution till the solid content is 2.5 to 3.5 percent; and (4) ion exchange: performing ion exchange purification on the concentrated enzymolysis solution through positive-negative-positive resin, wherein the discharged solid is 0.9 to 1.1 percent. Preferably, the enzymolysis solution is decolorized by using active carbon before concentration. Corn cobs are replaced by industrial byproducts such as corn peels, tea leaf residues, bran and the like; and pre-crushing and autoclaving with high energy consumption are not needed, so energy is saved. The obtained oligoxylose product contains the ferulic acid with anti-oxidation function, and becomes multifunctional oligoxylose.
