This application discloses an intelligent identification method and system for mine geological hazards using UAV oblique photography, relating to the field of spatial perception technology. By integrating subsidence, displacement, and stress factors, it plans a differentiated three-dimensional spatial deployment of a UAV swarm to ensure comprehensive coverage of hazard areas. The shooting angle is determined based on the rock strata displacement direction to highlight subtle deformations. The impact of the deviation between the actual image and the ideal angle on edge sharpness is analyzed, and the shooting angle is corrected to improve identification accuracy from the source. Color saturation and illumination uniformity analysis of the images are performed to dynamically compensate for illumination interference, providing a high-quality image foundation for identifying subtle deformations. Detailed texture and brightness contrast features are extracted and compared with comprehensive monitoring conditions to ensure clear capture of subtle textures and avoid missed or misjudged cases. Groundwater level changes and surface subsidence rates are introduced as dynamic indicators to iteratively optimize the position and angle, enabling the monitoring scheme to adaptively evolve with disaster indicators, achieving long-term accuracy and comprehensiveness in monitoring.
