Creation of a reverse look-up table from a forward look-up table for a color device. Indexes to the forward look-up table span all possible color stimulus values for the color device in a device dependent color space. Outputs from the forward look-up table span a color gamut of corresponding color response values for the color device in a device independent appearance color space. The reverse look-up table maps a color response value in the device independent appearance color space to a color stimulus value in the device dependent color space. Indexes to the reverse look-up table span beyond the color gamut of color response values for the color device, and outputs from the reverse look-up table span beyond all possible color stimulus values for the color device. According to the invention, a first portion of the reverse look-up table, in which indexes fall within the color gamut, is populated by search and interpolation in the forward look-up table for color stimulus values corresponding to color response values of the indexes to the first portion of the reverse look-up table. A second portion of the reverse look-up table, in which indexes fall outside of the color gamut, is populated by extrapolation from extrapolation color stimulus values. The extrapolation color stimulus values are found by search and interpolation in the forward look-up table for color stimulus values corresponding to color response values near a boundary of the color gamut.

The invention solves the problems of low sensitivity and long reaction time of the traditional poly-Schiff base film for acidichromism. The diameter of the micro-nanofiber is between 10 nanometers and 2 micrometers, and the micro-nanofiber is prepared from a spinning solution through an electrostatic spinning technology. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: firstly, dissolving the poly-Schiff base into a polymer solution to prepare the spinning solution, and then, preparing the micro-nanofiber by the electrostatic spinning technology. The micro-nanofiber is applied to a pH color response sensor, is evenly distributed, is in bunched fiber or a felty film and has the advantages of sensitive pH color response and short metachromatism time (0.5s-1s). The invention discloses a pH color response sensing micro-nano fiber, a preparation method and the application thereof, relating to a response sensing micro-nano fiber, a preparation method and the application thereof, and aiming to solve the problem of low sensitivity and long reaction time existing in current polyschiff base film used in acid-induced discoloration. The diameter of the micro-nano fiber is 10 nanometers to 2 microns and prepared from spinning solution through the electrostatic spinning technology. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving polyschiff base into polymer solution so as to prepare spinning solution firstly; and then using the spinning solution to prepare the micro-nano fiber through the electrostatic spinning technology. The micro-nano fiber is applied to a pH color response sensor. The micro-nano fibers of the invention are distributed uniformly, and displayed as bunched fibers or blanket films; and have the advantages of high pH color response sensitivity and short discoloration reaction time, wherein the discoloration reaction time is 0.5 s to 1s, and the micro-nano fiber has obvious color response to the response substances (0.1 to 10000 ppm). The preparation method is completed at room temperature and convenient in operation, low in energy consumption, and facilitates to practical use.

The device comprises an RGB three-color LED (Light-Emitting Diode) array light source, an LED driving controller, an integrating sphere, a colorimeter, industrial cameras to be detected, a data acquisition card and a computer. The method comprises the following specific steps: adjusting the RGB three-color LED array light source to output standard testing light, acquiring data of a plurality of images, calculating a mean value of camera RGB pixel output responses of different images, and building a response coefficient correction table with consistent RGB pixel point response outputs under the same RGB illumination intensity; and adjusting the light source to other standard illumination conditions, acquiring data of a plurality of images under corresponding illumination conditions, and calculating a mean value of the camera RGB pixel output responses of different images. Camera color correction models under different standard illumination conditions are subjected to least square fitting in order to match camera output colors with standard colors. Moreover, the models are input into a camera color correction module to finish correction.
