According to the saturation of an intersection, a phase position optimization method under proper lane control is adopted. If the saturation is larger than one, a phase position optimization method under super-saturation lane control is adopted, and otherwise, a phase position optimization method under under-saturation lane control is adopted; the flow balance degree of a lane permitting vehicles to pass through in the phase position is calculated in real time, on the premise that the condition is met, a capacity increasing lane is inserted, the capacity increasing lane and a key lane form a small phase position under the phase position, and therefore vehicle flow can be balanced, and finite space and time resources can be fully utilized; when the phase position is optimized, the period of the intersection is adjusted in real time and optimized, it is guaranteed that lanes in high transportation demand take priority to permit vehicles to pass through particularly in an environment where the vehicle flow of the lane is large, and coordination control of vehicle flow between the key lane and a downstream intersection is adjusted in real time. According to the method, not only are the time and space resources fully utilized, but also the traffic jam problem under large flow is relieved to a certain extent.

Black silicon-based high-performance MEMS thermopile ir detector and fabrication method

This invention involves structure and fabrication method of a black silicon-based MEMS thermopile IR detector. The high-performance black silicon-based MEMS thermopile IR detector includes a substrate; a releasing barrier band on the substrate; a thermal isolation cavity constructed by the releasing barrier band; a black silicon-based IR absorber located right above the thermal isolation cavity; a number of thermocouples are set around the lateral sides of the black silicon-based IR absorber. The thermopiles around the black silicon-based IR absorber are electrically connected in series thus to form a thermopile. Metallic electrodes are located beside the electrically-connected thermopiles for signal output. The cold junctions of the thermopile are connected to the substrate through the first thermal-conductive-electrical-isolated structures, the heat conductor is located at the lateral sides of the thermal isolation cavity. The hot junctions of the thermopile are in contact with the IR absorber through the second thermal-conductive-electrical-isolated structures, and the second thermal-conductive-electrical-isolated structures are located above the releasing barrier band. The structure of such detector is simple, and it is easy to implement and can also be monolithicly integrated. Such detector has high responsivity and detection rate, and is CMOS-compatible, thus can be used widely in a safe and reliable manner.

A natural language based location query system and a method thereof. The system comprises a receiving device which receives a request for natural language query from a user terminal; an access device which accesses a location ontology base and a location query language base that are external to the system or internal in the system, wherein the location ontology base comprising knowledge descriptions about the field of a location service, and the location query language base comprising a language model for the location service query; a natural language query processing device which performs at least one of a fuzzy processing and an indirection processing on the received request for natural language query by searching the location ontology base and the location query language base with the access device, retrieves location information corresponding to the request from a location database; and a sending device which sends the location information to the user terminal. This invention also provides a keyword based location query system and a method thereof, and a natural language based and keyword based location query system and a method thereof. This invention not only process user fuzzy query and indirect query, but also process compound sentence query and query having semantic error. Therefore, the degree of freedom of user query is enhanced and the location query is more flexible and accurate.
