The machine comprises a heat preservation drying house in which a humiture sensor is arranged, a heat exchanger which is communicated with the heat preservation drying house through a first return air duct, a condenser communicated with the first return air duct, an electrical heating device connected with the condenser, a blower of which air inlet is corresponding to the electrical heating device and the air outlet is communicated with the heat preservation drying house, and an exhauster of which the air inlet is corresponding to the air outlet of the heat exchanger, as well as a first electrical air door and an evaporator which are sequentially arranged between the heat exchanger and the exhauster, a heat pump circulation device connected with the condenser and the evaporator respectively, an oil-water separator connected with the evaporator, and a controller connected with the humiture sensor, wherein a first air outlet corresponding to the heat exchanger and a second air outlet communicated with the outer environment are formed in the third return air duct.
