The flexible electronic paper display device comprises a transparent protective film layer, an electronic paper layer, a substrate, an aluminum foil layer and a PCBA (printed circuit board assembly), wherein the transparent protective film layer, the electronic paper layer, the substrate and the aluminum foil layer are arranged sequentially from top to bottom; the substrate is an FPC (flexible printed circuit) substrate, and pixel electrodes are plated on the upper surface of the FPC substrate and in one-to-one correspondence with electrodes of the electronic paper layer; and a conductive silver paste layer is arranged between the pixel electrodes and the electrodes of the electronic paper layer, and used for connecting the electronic paper electrodes so as to enable the pixel electrodes to be connected with the electronic paper electrodes.
