By utilizing the characteristics of good viscoelasticity and rheological property of dough used for the twists, the extrusion molding die head extrudes the dough into a plurality of dough bands; and a structure with two ends laminated in parallel and the middle part laminated twistably, which is identical to that of conventional laminated twists which are formed by pulling out and turning over with hands, is formed by the merging and adhering-splitting and twisting-merging and adhering effects formed on the dough bands at the die head outlet by using two mold cores which rotate oppositely and intermittently at variable speeds. With the extrusion molding die head for the laminated twists, an object of re-appearing the manually produced laminated twists by a mechanical process can be achieved.
