The invention relates to a tembotrione-containing weeding composition which is characterized by comprising two effective constituents namely tembotrione (A) and (B), wherein (B) is at least one selected from metolachlor and flufenacet; the weight part ratio of A to B is (56:1)-(1:63), and (30:5)-(5:40) preferably. In the composition, the total weight part of A and B accounts for 1-80% of that of the composition, and 5-45% preferably. Pesticide preparation forms such as wettable powder, a suspending agent, missible oil, a microemulsion, an emulsion in water, a granular formulation and a water dispersible granule can be prepared from the tembotrione-containing weeding composition. The tembotrione-containing weeding composition enlarges the weeding spectrum, overcomes the defect that metolachlor and flufenacet are inefficient in preventing broad-leaf weeds, greatly increases the prevention and kill-off rate, retards occurrence of resistance of weeds, reduces the repeated application times of a pesticide, and decreases the application amount of the pesticide and agricultural cost.
