A drying method comprises the steps of firstly, a sludge-oil mixing step; secondly, a multi-effect evaporation step; thirdly, an oil-solid separation step; fourthly, a condensed water-oil separation step. According to the dual-effect evaporation sludge drying system, by means of mixing sludge and oil to perform multi-effect evaporation, the characteristics of high automation degree, high sludge drying speed, oil recyclability, and no waste gas produced in a processing process are obtained; secondary waste gas pollution is effectively prevented.
