The system provided by the invention also comprises an anti-islanding monitoring device which is respectively connected with the photovoltaic substation, the grid-connected switch and the power grid. The anti-islanding monitoring device comprises an optical-fiber current differential protection module, a directional over-current protection module and a safety automatic switchover module. The optical-fiber current differential protection module is connected with the power grid. The directional over-current protection module is connected in series between an output line of the photovoltaic substation and an incoming line of the power grid. The safety automatic switchover module is connected with the grid-connected switch. When a line fault, a main transformer fault or a busbar fault happens to the system, the system can rapidly and accurately cuts off small grid-connected power sources by judging switch position.
