Abstract

The extraction purification method comprises the following steps: taking loropetalum chinense medicinal powder, performing reflux with 60% ethanol, separating and purifying the extract by macroporous resin, eluting with 70% ethanol, dissolving the eluate with methanol, performing reduced pressure silica gel column chromatography, performing gradient elution with ethyl acetate / methanol, dissolving flowing component A with methanol, performing filtration, precipitation, and recrystallization repeatedly, then dissolving with ethyl acetate, performing polyamide column chromatography, eluting with ethyl acetate / methanol, repeating ODS column chromatography, performing gradient elution with methanol / water, then performing MCI-gel column chromatography, performing gradient elution with methanol / water so as to obtain tiliroside.
