Each of a first control valve and a second control valve comprises a switch valve and a pneumatic membrane head for controlling opening and closing of the switch valve, wherein one end of each switch valve is connected with a molecular sieve tower; the other end of each switch valve is connected with a natural gas inlet pipe or a regeneration gas outlet main pipe; diaphragms of the pneumatic membrane heads are connected with valve cores of the switch valves by valve rods; valve location sensors are arranged on the valve rods; output ends of the valve location sensors are electrically connected with valve location signal input ends of valve location control modules; pressure signal input ends of the valve location control modules are electrically connected with pressure transmitters; gas ports of upper gas chambers and lower gas chambers of the pneumatic membrane heads are connected with switch control electromagnetic valves by switch / opening change-over mechanisms; the upper ends of the valve rods penetrate through the pneumatic membrane heads and are connected with opening control mechanisms; and control signal input ends of the switch / opening change-over mechanisms and the opening control mechanisms are electrically connected with control signal output ends of the valve location control modules.
